About TabProof
We help online stores work for shoppers who use a keyboard or a screen reader.
How it started
TabProof started with a simple test: open an online store, put the mouse away, and try to buy something. Most stores fail somewhere between the product page and checkout, and the owner rarely knows.
Automated checks, confirmed by people
Automated checks do the repetitive testing. A specialist confirms every problem with real screen readers and reviews every code change. Scanners and widgets promise to fix this automatically; they can’t, because the problems live in the store’s code and in how real people move through it.
What we’re not
- A law firm, or working with one
- An overlay or widget company
- A scanner that emails you scary reports
