Why is the audit free?

It’s the fastest way to show you what we do. You see real problems on your own store before deciding anything.

What if you find more problems while fixing?

The fix package covers the problems in your free audit report. Anything else, we quote first and you decide.

Do I have to sign up for monitoring?

No. The fix package is a one-time price. Monitoring is optional.

A widget costs less. Why pay for this?

They do different jobs. A widget is a subscription that runs on top of your store, and when you stop paying, nothing in your theme has changed. A fix is a one-time change to your theme’s code that stays there, with a dated record of what changed. If your budget is tight, your free audit report is yours to keep, and your own developer can work from it.

How long does it take?

The free audit takes 2 business days. Most fixes take 1–2 weeks after you approve the quote.
